Privacy

This is a one-person research site. There's no ad network, no data broker relationship, and no reason to collect more than the minimum needed to run a newsletter. Here's the whole list.

What's collected

If you subscribe, I store your email address, a confirmation status, and a random token used to build your confirm and unsubscribe links. That's it: no name, no IP address, no device fingerprint, no analytics profile tied to you.

What it's used for

Sending you a confirmation email when you sign up, and sending you an email when a new article ships. Delivery runs through Resend, a transactional email provider; your address is shared with them only to the extent needed to deliver that mail, under their own privacy terms.

What isn't happening

No tracking pixels in the emails or on the site. No third-party analytics, ad tech, or session recording. No selling, renting, or sharing your email with anyone outside the delivery path above. Your address is never used for anything other than the newsletter you signed up for.

Leaving

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately, no login and no survey. If you want your email deleted from the database entirely rather than just marked unsubscribed, reply to any newsletter email and say so.
